SVA

What is SVA? Student Volunteer Army is a New Zealand student movement born from a Facebook page started following the 2011 Christchurch earthquake. It is a team which helps people who need help after a major earthquake. SVA is the short form of Student Volunteer Army. It was created in 2010. 3,000 people signed up for SVA. It is in Christchurch, New Zealand.

You can also sign up for helping others in need. You can also donate to save lives.

  1. Kia ora Wajihah! I really liked your paragraph about the SVA and how you included pictures to make it more interesting. You told your audience the important information we read about in the newspaper article! A suggestion for next time would be to make it even longer so we can read more of your ideas! :)
