Personification!!!

Today we did an experiment. We had to feel a can of shaving cream. Then we had to spray out the cream as our feeling. After spraying we had to feel it again. We are to write a personified summary.

At first I felt heavy, cold, lonely. I felt like crying. I really wanted to express my feelings. I felt really sad. I was picked up and thrown. But then Something changed.

I slowly felt myself light, warm, accompanied. I cried and cried and got those feelings out. I was feeling okay. I expressed my feelings finally.

Now I feel very happy, loved and even more warm. I felt as happy as I could be in my whole  life. Now I'm finally put down forever. R.I.P.

Well my experience was express your feelings never keep it in.

The Comment Tracker!!

In cybersmart, we had to look for a problem in our blogs and find a solution. We had to work in pairs. So we found our problem. Our problem was `not enough comments on our blogs'. What causes this was long, boring, uninteresting posts. This makes the person who bloged unsure if they did it right. What stops people from commenting is that people are too lazy and they think that persons' blog is uncool like the person.

So our solution is to make a programme where at the end of the week the person from my class who made the most comments gets a reward. They will have a tracksheet where if they make a comment, they will fill the blank beside their name with the date and the person's name who they commented on. Here is a link on how the tracksheet looks like.

HHS'S NEW BUILDING!!!

Last time I saw the new building in was incomplete. But coming back at term three it was fully finished and beautiful. Yes our school has got a new building. It is just too beautiful to explain how it looks. Well oI'll tell. We have got 2 new office, a new cafe, new classrooms, learning common, science labs, technology rooms and computer lab. We have also moved our classes to J1 because the year 7s' went to our block. Before the buildings were made we had to fill out a survey for what do you want in the new building and in our cafe. Overall I really like the new building.

Community Agencies?

Today we are doing some research on some community agency. We could pick any agency. I chose cholmondeley. What is cholmondeley? It is service is centred on the child to build resilience for the challenges they may be facing at home, school, or in the community. Cholmondeley provides respite care and education for children (aged 3-12 years) whose families are experiencing severe stress or crisis. More than half a million dollars has been raised for Cholmondeley Children’s Centre since the first event. Sculpture on the Peninsula is the largest sculptural exhibition in the South Island. The last event in 2015 attracted a record number of submissions from artists all over New Zealand.
