Tonal Drawing- Art

In art, we are doing tonal drawings. We were to choose a street art and make a black and white tonal drawing. I chose a butterfly. My drawing doesn't exactly look like the butterfly because it is not coloured in detail.

(I draw really bad)

  1. Kia Ora Wajihah, You have done a good job scaling your butterfly and understand that tonal drawing involve working tone across the surface of different shapes. If you compare the black areas of the butterfly to the lighter yellow shapes, then you'll see that there is a difference in tone (amount of of light or dark). What could you do to show this difference?
