Gymnastics Term 3

For the last few weeks in P.E, we have been doing gymnastics. The skills I already had was walking forwards and backwards on the low beam. To start with, I could not walk on the parallel bar but now after learning how to, I can do it. I also could not climb up the bars now I can climb up but I am not able to do a roll. I can do the normal jump on the trampoline but not the forwards roll. I would like to learn how to walk on the high beam I know it is easy but I am scared of heights. I would also like to learn how to do a roll on the bars.

Example paragraph
The theme of looks can be deceiving is shown through the gradual change of the other mother from a honey-sweet honey woman into a vinegar sour metal spider. (E) At the start of the film, the other mother appears short curvy and wearing the same clothes as caroline real mother. (X) This makes the audience feel safe, happy and relaxed towards the other mother. (X) The director did this to show s that caroline feels at home with the other mother in the other world. However, the other mother changes slowly throughout the film until she finally becomes a skeletal, metal spider who wants to trap caroline in her other world. (X) When we first see the other mother she is in a warm orange light that makes her feel safe, but by the end, she is surrounded by a dark green light which makes her feel seem evil, grotesque and horrifying. (X) Selick shows these changes to help the audience to be and this shows the theme, looks can be deceiving.
